Once we received all the required information and photos we will proceed with evaluation process.
It will take around 2-4 weeks to evaluate and we will let you know as soon as possible if the item(s) are accepted.

2. Item inspection by appointment only
3. We will contact you to arrange Consignment Agreement and Item Delivery for item(s) that we have mutually agreed to consign.

Entrance fee shall be paid after the consignment agreement is signed
Consignment fee 5% of Hammer Price (VAT inclusive) will be deducted after the Lot is sold
We shall charge you commission at 5.35% (VAT inclusive) of the price at which a Lot is knocked down to the Buyer (“the Hammer Price”), and any applicable customs duties and tax; subject to any variations.
Bangkok Art Auction shall return Unsold Item(s) to the consignor within Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity only. Consignor shall be responsible for delivery costs outside of Bangkok for their Unsold Lot(s)
Consignment fee 10% of Sold Price (VAT inclusive) will be deducted after the Lot is sold
Bangkok Art Auction shall take physical possession of the art work for a period of time upon agreement
